- MUSIC AND CHRISTIAN ARTS MINISTRY (MCAM)
The Music and Christian Arts Ministry helps lead FAME Church in worship through music, movement, drama, and creative expression. Through choirs, liturgical dance, and drama, MCAM uses the arts to glorify God, inspire the congregation, and create powerful worship experiences that touch the heart, uplift the spirit, and point people to Jesus Christ.
- HOSPITALITY MINISTRY
The Hospitality Ministry helps create a welcoming, orderly, and uplifting worship experience for everyone who enters FAME Church. Through the dedicated service of the Usher Boards and FAME HI, this ministry extends warmth, assistance, and care to members and guests, helping each person feel valued, comfortable, and prepared to worship in the presence of God.
- CHRISTIAN EDUCATION/ CHURCH SCHOOL MINISTRY
The Christian Education and Church School Ministry helps members and guests grow deeper in their knowledge of God’s Word and their relationship with Jesus Christ. Through Sunday School and Bible studies, this ministry provides opportunities for all ages to learn scripture, strengthen their faith, ask meaningful questions, and apply biblical truth to everyday life.
- SOUTH LOS ANGELES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT & EMPOWERMENT CORPORATION (SLACDEC)
The South Los Angeles Community Development Corporation extends FAME’s mission of service by providing resources that strengthen individuals, families, and the surrounding community. Through programs such as the Biddy Mason Wellness Center and the Legal Clinic, this ministry helps meet practical needs, promote wellness, offer support, and empower people with care, guidance, and hope.
- SARAH ALLEN WOMEN’S MISSIONARY SOCIETY
The Sarah Allen Women’s Missionary Society serves through faith, witness, advocacy, education, stewardship, and compassionate outreach. Through its missionary units, Food Pantry, and Young People and Children’s Division, this ministry strengthens faith, builds community, and continues the ministry of Jesus Christ through service and witness in the world.
- FAME WORSHIP MINISTRY TEAM
The FAME Worship Ministry Team helps prepare and support every worship experience with excellence, reverence, and a heart for God’s people. Through the leadership of the Pastor, Ministerial Staff, Stewardess Board, and FAME Media, this ministry works together to create meaningful, Spirit-led services that inspire worship, share the Word, and help the congregation encounter God.
- SONS OF ALLEN: MEN'S Fellowship of the African Methodist Episcopal Church
In 1984, the African Methodist Episcopal Church created the Sons of Allen Men’s Fellowship to foster closer relationships between men of the church, to equip men of the church for meaningful service, to reach unchurched men, and to present positive role models for our
youth. The Sons of Allen has grown into an important connectional movement over the past twenty-plus years and the Fellowship is becoming a true connectional ministry.
