Commission on Health and Fitness

First AME Church Los Angeles Commission of Health and Fitness seeks to encourage and support families to achieve and maintain healthy lifestyles.  This Commission shall offer health screening forums, instructions on healthy eating, physical and mental forums to members of the church and community.
