Prayer of Provision

Most Gracious God, our Wise and Loving Father Whatever the day or the hour, whatever the season, whatever the cause or circumstance, thank You for Provision. You have supplied us throughout this pandemic season, equipping and dispatching Your army with what we needed – food, medicine, shelter, clothing – but especially Your leaders in science, research and development and your leaders to create and execute the plans for Your children as You have charged them to do.

You made a way for us to stay connected during this season of isolation, and now You are guiding our preparations to return to congregational worship with safety equipment and protocols.

Thank You God for keeping us, for the resources and for the guidance of Your chosen leaders. We look forward to safe reunions, and we are grateful for everything that You have done to bring us to this point. We honor our commitment and responsibility to our communities to continue the safe practices that have brought us to our “normal” now. We will show through our actions, and not just our songs and praising hands, that we are indeed grateful for this life that YOU have given to us.

We keep our hands in Yours and give you the honor, glory and praise, in the name of Jesus.
